Capital/Marketing plan and details for tomorrow’s conference call

We are looking forward to sharing with you the Capital Marketing Communications Plan for the fundraising efforts for our capital needs. The 2 year plan is attached to help inform our discussion planned for tomorrow, Friday August 3 at 2:00 pm EDT.

The Engineering AAD and Marketing teams worked together to determine audiences, and generated ideas for engagement based on our experiences. Then details were added on scope and costs.
The first column highlights the audiences we intend to communicate with, followed by what channels, audience size, the frequency we would communicate, the purpose/goal of the communication, as well as projected costs and the teams responsible for the work. We will add measurement tools to each idea once we determine how many we expect to accomplish in the two year period.
We have included many ideas with the associated costs both in terms of dollars and human resources. While many have $0, there are opportunity costs for the teams to accomplish the work.
We would love to discuss the ideas with you, get your feedback on what you think is most impactful and generate new thoughts and ideas to ponder.
