Just a friendly reminder of our upcoming Capital Task Force Conference call, scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, Friday, January 12^th at 1:30 pm EST.    We anticipate this will be a 30-minute phone call.

• Review of task force timeline  February – members to execute phone call and outreach to contacts  April  – kickoff event planned
•   March – review marketing and communications kickoff
•   January – review lists and reach out to Debra for individual review of alumni contacts
• Schedule of upcoming calls

Also, attached are the minutes from our December conference call.    We will discuss next steps with respect to the alumni lists during our call tomorrow.

These alumni lists correspond to your individual geographic location and  your class year(s).   They are all Engineering alumni who are not currently engaged with the College; but have attended an Engineering event in the past 10 years.

All of these lists have all been uploaded to the task force blog as of yesterday afternoon. Please look for the list that has your last name in the title.    Please let me know if you have difficulty downloading the list.    The password for retrieving documents is:   ENGCapital2017 – type exactly as shown.

Cornell Eng Alumni Engagement Chart V2-r7ro7x    Here’s a chart that we will discuss in our upcoming conference call Friday.   It shows the number of Engineering alumni and engagement figures.  The 880 alumni who are reflected as ‘attended an event, but not engaged with development’ have participated in an Engineering event within the last 10 years – this does not include an University-sponsored event, such as Reunion.   We thought this was a more manageable number and a good place to start.
