Corporate

The Corporate team facilitates all events with engineering and tech companies, including company sponsored information sessions, tech talks, and more! They oversee all logistics related to each event, and help establish corporate partnerships with companies such as AMD, MITRE, SpaceX, and Toyota.

Academic

The Academic team helps cultivate relationships among students and faculty in both ECE and the wider Engineering school. They maintain relationships with professors and provide advising on academic topics including course selection, research, and grad school.

Social

The Social team helps foster community both within the wider ECE community and among E-Board members. They help organize outreach events like ice cream socials, holiday parties, and trivia nights. The Social team also puts together fun events for the E-Board, like Secret Santa, board game nights, and team dinners. Each Spring, the Social Team plans the ECE Formal, an event that brings together students from the department to celebrate being an ECE!

Publicity

Publicity team manages IEEE’s public image and branding. This includes designing graphics and marketing material for events over Facebook, Instagram, and TV screens. Every year, the Publicity team designs ECE stickers and t-shirts for ECE day. The Publicity team is also responsible for maintaining the IEEE website.
