Special Class Offering Information
Class Enrollment with Special Enrollment Process
INFO 6940 Special Topics Course Syllabus
Jacobs Specialization Project (INFO 5920)
1st year Jacobs Students are required to self-enroll in INFO 5920 for their Specialization Project this Spring term. When enrolling, please make sure that you provide the credit load appropriate for your work (during enrollment you can specify any variable between 3-5 credits)- the system will auto-default to 3 credits). Please consult with Deborah Estrin before enrollment on what your credit load will be.
Studio Enrollment Updates
Studio Electives and Core Classes (TECH 5910 Startup Studio, TECH 5920 BigCo Studio, and TECH 5930 PiTech Studio) are now live on the class roster for vieiwng
As we had this past Fall term, students will be using Permission Codes ONLY for the CORE classes (TECH 5910, 5920, & 5930). We will email students closer to Regular Enrollment this information and instructions. Please note these permission codes are ONLY issued for these classes and not applicable for other classes!
IMPORTANT: For Studio Elective Enrollments, 2nd year Jacobs, MEng, LLM, and MBA students are asked to only enroll in 1 studio elective during Regular Enrollment to ensure all students are able to enroll in a class for degree fulfillment. We will inform students a few days after when they can commence enrolling in more electives if they wish.
If we find that you have enrolled in more than 1 studio elective before we send out the approval to enroll in additional electives, we will be dropping students from a randomly selected studio elective. Please do not do this as this causes delays in processing!
1st year Jacobs Students do NOT enroll in any Studio Courses for the Spring 2023 term.
