About Me

I am a quantitative researcher at Two Sigma. I obtained my PhD in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at Cornell University, where I was advised by Prof. Madeleine Udell and had Prof. Thorsten Joachims and Prof. Yang Ning in my committee.  My dissertation developed novel models and algorithms for mixed-type variables with missing data and the subsequent imputation for the missing entries. At Cornell, I also had research experience in group inference using independent component analysis. Before joining Cornell, I received a B.S. degree from the School of Mathematical Sciences at Nankai University in 2017. I am also an alumnus of Hefei No. 1 High School.
