At the 2023 Graduate Diversity & Inclusion Awards and Recognition Celebration, Maya Martirossyan received an Exemplary Service Award for Advanced Career Students “for her leadership within her department and the graduate community more broadly in constructing spaces of support and inclusion for students from backgrounds in Materials Science”, awarded by the Office of Inclusion and Student Engagement of the Graduate School and the Graduate and Professional Diversity Council.
