Patrick Evuleocha, ’26
Patrick is a Computer Science major in the College of Engineering. Patrick is a member of Cornell NSBE, URMC, and serves as the Co-Director of the Big Red Adaptive Play and Design Initiative Engineering Team. Patrick attended the NSBE National Conference in 2023, and organized and participated in a multitude of community outreach events supporting children with special needs in the greater Ithaca community. Patrick will be participating in two internships for summer 2023 – one with EY, and one with Boeing, and plans to serve as a peer mentor upon his return to Cornell in the fall!
Vanessa Morales, ’26
Vanessa is a Mechanical Engineering major. Vanessa plans to serve as a mentor for CU EMPower in fall 2023.
Anthony Parlatore, ’26
Anthony is a Chemical Engineering major, member of the Society for Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), and a member of the Engineers for a Sustainable World Project Team. Anthony spent part of his first year in the College of Engineering working on a chemical reactor, and is spending his 2023 summer conducting research in Professor Hanrath’s Lab studying catalytic reactions in plastic.
Michelle Yang, ’26
Michelle (right) is an Electrical and Computer Engineering , the incoming co-lead of the Cornell Solar Panel Reboot for the Cornell University Sustainable Design Project Team, and the Director of Finance for the Cornell Residential Student Congress. Michelle enjoys learning Japanese and pursuing a number of creative hobbies in her spare time. Michelle is spending the summer taking engineering courses at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Sulaiman Oyekunle, ’26
Soul is a Computer Science major in the College of Engineering. Soul is a member of Cornell NSBE, URMC, and will be participating in both the Goldman Sachs Emerging Leader Series and Virtual Insight Series internship/courses for summer 2023.
Christine Michael, ’26
Christine is a Computer Science major in the College of Engineering, and is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers, serving on their outreach subcommittee. Christine is also a member of the Cornell University Unmanned Air Systems (CUAir) Project Team. Christine will spend summer 2023 working at a startup in an MIT lab.

Melanie (right) is an Electrical and Computer Engineering major in the College of Engineering. She is an active member in Women in Computing at Cornell (WICC) and Engaged IoT. Melanie enjoys teaching others.
Ryan Issa, ’26
Ryan is a Civil Engineering major in the College of Engineering. He is a member of Cornell NSBE and Engineers Without Borders. He is also the future Head of Photography for Cornell Fashion Collective and a current student photographer for College of Human Ecology. His passions include architecture, urban planning, photography, art, and affordable housing.

Alex is an Electrical and Computer Engineering major in the College of Engineering. He is a member of Cornell Autonomous Bicycle. His passions include personal finance and video games.

Krismely Ortiz, 26′
Krismely is a Civil Engineering major in the College of Engineering. She is a member of NSBE and a mentor for CU EMPower. Krismely is a student employee at the Diversity Programs in Engineering office, working as a program coordinator, previously front desk. During the Summer of 2022, she participated in ESMI and did research on Queuing theory in Construction management.
