Chris Casler-Gonçalves, Ed.D.

As a lifelong student advocate and educator, Chris has dedicated his career to ensuring that all students have fair and level access to transformative educational experiences that support both intellectual and agency development.  In partnership with high schools, community-based organizations, both through his work at Cornell University and personal community leadership and advocacy, Chris is deeply involved in several initiatives that bolster access to higher education for students from minoritized backgrounds and improving care for neurodivergent children and college students. Chris holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.  In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his partner, Jenn, who also works at Cornell, and his two children, Devin (5) and Ara (3).  Chris also enjoys playing golf, tennis, coaching baseball, and baking desserts!
